Pumpkin Pie Crunch

An easy pumpkin dessert that could take the place of pie for those of you who don't want to bake pie! It is delicious to have anytime.

Pumpkin Pie Crunch

Ingredients

16 oz. can pumpkin
1 1/2 cups sugar
12 oz. evaporated milk
3 eggs
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup butter, melted
1 yellow cake mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine pumpkin, egg, milk, sugar, spice and salt.  Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.

Sprinkle cake mix on top. Sprinkle pecans on top.  Drizzle melted butter over everything.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.  Cool.

Serve with whipped cream.  Refrigerate leftovers.
