Chocolate Sauce

 We were at my brothers place and his wife served a yellow cake with pour over chocolate.  This is the chocolate recipe she used. It is a thin sauce. 

Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:

• 2 T. cocoa
• 2 T. cornstarch 
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups boiling water
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla 
• 2 T. butter

Directions:

1. Mix,  cocoa, corn starch, sugar.  Add boiling water and cook until thick.
2. Add vanilla and butter.

Ham and Egg Combo

 We were visiting my brother  and his wife made this delicious dish for our breakfast.

Ham and Egg Combo

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup mayo
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• dash pepper
• 2 cups milk
• 1/4 lb cheese (velveeta,  american etc.)
• 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
• 1 1/2 cups cubed ham
• toasted English muffins

Directions:

1. Blend mayo, flour, salt and pepper. Add milk. Cook and stir until thickened.
2. Add cheese, heat until cheese melts.
3. Add ham and eggs. 
4. Serve over English muffins
