Corn Casserole

Corn Casserole

Ingredients

1 (17 oz) can whole-kernel corn, undrained
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1 (8 1/2 to 9 oz) pkg corn muffin mix
seasonings as desired, salt, pepper, onion powder, dried parsley
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, optional

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine ingredients and stir together.  Pour in to a casserole or a 9x13 pan.

Bake for 30 minutes and add cheese if using.  Bake an additional 15 minutes.
