This salad was popular a few years ago. Also called Watergate salad. I don't make it often, but it is one of Jordan's favorites.
Watergate Salad
Ingredients
1 can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
1-8 oz cool whip, thawed
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2-1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix pineapple, pudding and cool whip. Add marshmallows and walnuts.
Refrigerate.
