I like to make these when I can brown the ribs on the grill.........
Country Style Pork Ribs in Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
Boneless country style pork ribs
Salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp dry mustard
1 onion, chopped
1 cup water
1 Tbsp liquid smoke
1/2 -1 cup brown sugar (I stay on the lower end)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 or 350 degrees
Lightly brown the ribs, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
Mix soup, mustard, water, liquid smoke and brown sugar.
Place ribs in baking dish or roaster and cover with the chopped onions. Pour the sauce over the ribs and onions.
Bake for 3-4 hours or until tender.
