Easy Cheese Cake

Here is an easy dessert to make.  Serve with fruit of your choice.

Easy Cheese Cake

Ingredients

1 graham cracker pie crust
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat together cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Pour in to crust.

Bake for 40 minutes, turn down if it gets too brown.

Serve with fruit.
