Tuna Salad

A great summer salad!

Tuna Salad

Ingredients

7 oz. small shell pasta, cooked, cooled
1 can tuna, drained
1 large carrot, shredded
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

In a large bowl combine pasta, tuna, carrots, and onions.

Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Combine with pasta.  Toss to coat.

Cover and refrigerate.
