Parmesan Dijon Chicken

A moist and tasty baked chicken breast!

Parmesan Dijon Chicken

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter
3 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup fine bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley (dried will work)
1/2 tsp paprika
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray

In saucepan melt butter.  Stir in mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Let stand 5-8 minutes.  Stir.

In pie plate combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and paprika.  Mix.

Dip chicken in butter, then in crumbs, pressing crumbs onto chicken.

Bake 30-40 minutes.
