Hawaiian Salad

A salad I grew up with.  We would often have this on Sunday.

Hawaiian Salad

Ingredients

1 sm pkg. lemon jello
1 sm pkg. lime jello
2 cups hot water
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk, or measure 5 oz
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions

Combine jello with hot water.  Mix until dissolved.

Add remaining ingredients.  Mix well.

Pour into bowl or jello mold.  Refrigerate until set.
