I heard about this dessert on TV one day and found a recipe for it online. It is so simple to make and uses only 3 ingredients.
Lemon Posset
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar (or less)
- 5 T. lemon juice
Directions:
- Bring the cream and sugar to a boil over medium high heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Reduce heat to medium and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Sitr in the lemon juice. Let set for 10 minutes to cool. Stir and pour into dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate at least an hour or overnight.
