Jordan would make this when he lived with us. It is made the night before for your morning breakfast. It makes 1-2 servings.
Chia Pudding
Find a small jar that holds about 1 cup.
Ingredients:
- 2/3 - 3/4 cup milk or cream, or mix the two
- 2 T. chia seeds
- 1 T. cocoa
- 1 tsp. sugar
- shake of vanilla
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a small jar. Shake a few times for the first 30 minutes.
- Refrigerate overnight.
