Berry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Berries to decorate the top
Directions:
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Slowly beat in the sweetened condensed milk. Add the lemon juice and vanilla.
- Pour into the crust.
- Refrigerate for several hours.
- Decorate with berries before serving.
