Granola
Ingredients:
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 T. honey
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix oats and nuts on a baking sheet pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, honey and syrup.
- Mix all ingredients together. Add cinnamon if desired.
- Bake for 12-20 minutes, depending on how dark you want it. I told you this was simple!
