An easy dessert with fresh strawberries!
Strawberries Smetana
Ingredients
1 pint or quart of strawberries, depending on how much you make
1 cup sour cream, more or less - divided
Light brown sugar
Directions
Wash strawberries and dry.
Do a layer of strawberries, top with sour cream, than sprinkle with brown sugar. Repeat layers. Would be pretty served in a glass.
