Mounds Bar Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Beat sugar, eggs and salt until mixture is lemon-colored.
- Add butter and flour, blend well. Mix in milk and vanilla.
- Fold in coconut and mini chocolate chips.
- Pour into pie shell. Can top with more coconut if desired.
- Bake for about 60 minutes.
- Cool for 12 hours before cutting.
